“Is it Time Yet” is a story about Baby Chelsie and her best friend, Ari, enjoying life in heaven with God while they wait to be delivered to their earthly parents. Beginning with the scripture “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you” (Jer.1:5), this story is a hopeful telling of the love between God and His children and mothers, fathers, and their babies.
